Steve joined the RAB Retail team in 2020 as a Consultant, after a distinguished career at Costa Coffee where he spent over 13 years, most recently as their UK Construction Director.
With over 25 years’ industry experience, Steve is providing expert advice to RAB Retail clients on all matters relating to new store delivery, cost management and maintenance.
During his time at Costa Coffee, Steve was responsible for all new store openings, refurbishments, equipment and maintenance right across the UK. This included the delivery of over 100 stores annually, 400 refurbishments and managing a budget of over £80M.
Steve is currently supporting our retained client Ole & Steen, project managing their new store fit-outs as they expand their London portfolio and looking after the maintenance of their estate.
