Julia joined RAB Retail in May 2018 and provides strategic property advice to our clients, consulting on a range of topics including expansion plans, capital investment, asset planning, cost efficiencies, people and team development and mentoring.
Julia qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 and has extensive experience in the retail and leisure market, having recently held a number of executive level property roles including leading the group property functions of Domino’s Pizza Group and Ei Group. Prior to this, Julia held various roles during her 14 years at Mitchells and Butlers, where she was responsible for Property Acquisitions, Business Franchise and Asset Planning.
At RAB Retail, Julia is working with both Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Ole & Steen on their exciting store acquisition programmes as well as acting as Property Director for Leisure TV Rights.
