Founder of RAB Retail, Richard, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 and has developed an excellent track record for his retail and restaurant acquisition work.
Since 2005, Richard has been retained by Costa Coffee and has acquired more than 200 multi-format stores for the nation’s favourite coffee shop. Flying Tiger Copenhagen also retains him for the asset management of its extensive portfolio.
Richard also works with Itsu, Honest Burger, Ole & Steen and Marugame Udon. This work involves both asset management and acquisitions with a particular focus on London and the South East.
