RAB Retail delivers two new shopping centre stores for client Flying Tiger Copenhagen UK & Ireland. The 103rd and 104th stores for the Danish retailer are located in the Metrocentre Gateshead shopping centre lower Green Mall and Bluewater Retail Park, one of the largest shopping centres in the UK. There has been an overwhelming response from customers in Gateshead on how happy they are to have an FTC in the north-east of the UK. Whilst the perfect Bluewater unit for FTC was initially elusive, we believe we acquired the ideal site, and this is supported by first-week trading figures, which exceeded all expectations.
We are pleased to have delivered these fantastic sites thanks to Ben Cox at Sovereign Centros, Jack Mackinnon at Time Retail Partners, Jerry White at CBRE Retail and Adam Sawyer at Landsec.
