Cheltenham Borough Council

We are proud to announce that Julia Poulson of RAB Retail has been appointed to provide advice and consultancy support to Cheltenham Borough Council on the town’s much-anticipated Cyber Park development. Julia will be working with the Council and various Partners on the delivery of the new super hub.

The plans for the £600M development were unveiled earlier this year at MIPIM and include a specialist cyber security park alongside residential, retail and leisure schemes. As the UK’s first dedicated Cyber Park it is anticipated it will create over 7000 jobs for the local area, with 1200 new homes to be built alongside the Park. Set on 45 hectares of land adjacent to the Government’s Communications Head Quarters (GCHQ) it is certain to become a world class cyber security campus of both national and international significance.

Commenting on her appointment Julia said, “I’m looking forward to working on this incredible scheme that will bring a wealth of benefits to the Cheltenham and Gloucester area. As a local resident I have been aware of the programme for some time and I’m delighted to be able to use my expertise to support Cheltenham Borough Council and the delivery partners of the Cyber Park project.”

More information on the development can be found on the Cyber Park website.
